It doesn't do either of us any good for me to list your home for more than it's worth. I refuse to over-value your home in order to get your listing, as it isn't worth my time or my reputation. I will show you what has sold recently, what's currently on the market, and even take you to see some of the competition. Because buyers have lots of options, you have to understand how your home compares to the rest of the market before you can price is appropriately.

 

COMMUNICATION

Your agent shouldn't be hard to get a hold of. I understand that communication is critical in this business and I make sure that I am always available for you, potential buyers, or buyer's agents to get your home sold! Email, text, phone, fax... I am always connected and ready to respond, because that is how you sell homes.

 

DESIGN TO SELL

In most cases, your home could use some enhancements in order to obtain top dollar. If possible, contact me at least a month prior to listing your home for sale. I will walk through the home with you and offer ideas, tips, and suggestions (as well as dependable contractors) that will sell your home faster and for more money... I do this for FREE and with no obligation.

I have several real estate investment strategies depending on what your goals are: long term, short term, income, appreciation, and/or equity (wealth) building.
